Assistant General Manager (General)

Applications are invited from candidates possessing the following qualifications for the position of Assistant General Manager of the Ududumbara Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society.

Qualifications:

(1) Educational Qualifications:

• Should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination with 6 subjects including Sinhala, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, with at least 5 credit passes.
• Should have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination in one sitting with at least 3 passes.

(2) Professional Qualifications:

• Must have obtained a Diploma or a higher qualification in Cooperative Management / Business Management / Accounting or a related field from a government-recognized institution.

(3) Experience:

• Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or administrative division of a cooperative organization or financial institution.

Age Limit:

• Should be between 25 and 45 years of age.

• Will be determined according to the salary structure and other benefits of the organization.
