| Nurse | Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related discipline from a recognized institution. | – Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. |
| (Home Care) | with | – Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions independently. |
| 02 Position | Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a recognized healthcare institute. | – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families and staff. |
| Based in National Headquarters in Colombo | – Willingness to travel to patients’ homes and manage care plans according to physician instructions. | |
| HBM 01/0/2025 | Prior experience in home care settings is considered as an added advantage. | – Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. |
| Attractive Remuneration, depending on the Qualifications, Experience & Competencies | – Well-developed oral and written language skills in Shriaka, English and/or Tamil. | |
| Project Coordinator (Home Care) | with | – Proven experience in project coordination, Managerial and Monitoring effectively. |
| 01 Position | Three years’ experience in a similar managerial capacity with hands-on experience in implementing health-related projects is considered as an added advantage. | – Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage day-to-day tasks and guide the project team. |
| Based in National Headquarters in Colombo | – Demonstrated ability in internal and external coordination, working with professionals and, service providers. | |
| HBM 01/0/2025 | – Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with beneficiaries, caregivers, and staff. | |

| – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for reporting documentation. |

General Requirements:
- Sound understanding of humanitarian, community, and volunteer-based service interventions.
- Should be a quick learner with the ability of adhering to SLRCS management guidelines and procedures.
- Should be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability of working in challenging circumstances.
- Aided by and work according to the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement Fundamental Principles.
The SLRCS conducts its general administration and operational affairs in English Language and the appointment will be on fixed term contract basis. Only short-listed applicants will be called for interviews.
