POSITION : PHARMACISTS (MALE/FEMALE)
We are seeking experienced Pharmacists to join our pharmacy team and oversee pharmacy operations at Royal Hospital (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo 06.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with local and state regulations
- Oversee the integration of technology for efficient pharmacy operations
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing development for pharmacy staff
- Maintain inventory management, minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal medication management, especially in complex cases
- Implement quality assurance and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety
- Develop and manage pharmacy department budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or External Pharmacist Qualification
- S.L.M.C Registration as a Pharmacist
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time and budgets effectively
- Experience with pharmacy management software and development in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Salary Package: Rs. 120000 – 150000 + License Fee
