Our company, a subsidiary of a leading state-owned bank in the country, is the owner of a pioneering apartment building in Colombo. The primary operation of the company is to maintain the building’s high level of condition and related architectural, electrical, plumbing, and other services for the 600,000-square-foot building. Accordingly, the institute hopes to recruit highly capable candidates for the following vacancies.

Junior Technician Posts – Electrical / Masonry

Qualifications:

• G.C.E. (O/L) with passes in six subjects.
• Having completed at least 06 months full-time Certificate/Diploma (NVQ Level 3) course in Electrical/Masonry from a recognized technical institute. (This qualification will be relaxed on the basis of experience.)
• Should have at least 02 years of experience in recognized institutes.
• Age should be less than 40 years on the date of application.
