CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Ocean View Development Company (Pvt) Ltd is a limited liability company reregistered under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 in Sri Lanka. The company is under the direct purview of the Ministry of Urban Development, Construction and Housing where the sole share owners are the National Housing Development Authority & Urban Development Authority.

Our company is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the following positions on a one year contract basis.

1. Job Title – Site Supervisor

Qualifications

1. Having passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics.
2. Having passed three subjects (other than general paper) at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination.
3. A minimum of 5 years’ experience with National Certificate in Technology (NCT) in Civil / Qualified with NVQ Level 5 or higher qualification.

Remuneration

• An attractive salary package will be offered.

2. Job Title – Store Keeper

Qualifications

1. Should have passed 6 subjects including 4 credit passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Store Keeper will be considered as an added advantage.
3. Basic computer literacy with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
4. Having passed English at the G.C.E. (O/L) examination will be considered as an additional qualification.

Other general qualifications & terms of the positions

1. Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
2. Should be of excellent moral character.
3. Age should be below 45 years.

*EPF contribution will be 10% by the employee; OVDC will contribute 15% and 3% for EPF and ETF respectively.
