FOR RECRUITMENT OF DISTRIBUTOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES (DSR) OF AUTHORISED HIGHLAND DISTRIBUTORS

MILCO (PRIVATE) LIMITED, being the Leader of the Local Milk Industry, through its four Milk Processing Factories situated at Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa, produces processed milk products under the Brand Name “Highland.” These products are made with fresh milk collected from Dairy Farmers Islandwide and distributed throughout the island. To strengthen our Distribution Network, Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) are recruited for the Authorised Distributors Islandwide. Applications are invited from persons who fulfil the undermentioned qualifications:

1. Should be male, aged between 20-35, with a good personality.
2. Either passed G.C.E. (O/Level) Examination or possess good experience in the Sales and Distribution field.
3. Should own a Motor Cycle.
4. Should possess a valid Driving Licence.

Allowances and Benefits:

1. A monthly salary of Rs. 35,000.00 will be paid.
2. A monthly fuel allowance of Rs. 20,000.00 will be paid.
3. Monthly Sales Incentive will be paid by Milco (Pvt) Limited for those who reach targets set by the Company.

Note:

• The monthly salary and fuel allowance will be paid by the Authorised Distributors.
• Sales incentives for reaching targets will be paid by Milco (Pvt) Limited.
• Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) recruited are not employed by Milco (Pvt) Limited and shall not be bound by any legal obligations with the company.
