The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Manager of Data Analytics & AI to lead our data-driven initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage data analytics, machine learning, and AI to drive business insights, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of data and AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluating and implementing AI tools to optimise operations and uncover insights.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders and executives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and analytics.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a recognised university.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role involving AI/ML projects.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to align data strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
