MILCO is the pioneer in local dairy industry with a wide network in milk collection, production and sales throughout the island with “Highland” brand. It has four milk processing factories located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa. We are looking for dynamic & competent individuals to join our team.

Applications are called for under-mentioned Positions to be filled on Fixed Term Contract basis.

Accountant (JM 1-1)

Qualifications : Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/ B.Com from a University recognized by UGC of Sri Lanka with 02 years executive experience in Finance field in a recognized organization.
-OR-
Intermediate certificate of ICASL/CIMA/ACCA with 03 years executive experience in Finance field in a recognized organization.

(Computer literacy will be considered as a required qualification)

Age : 18 – 45 yrs.

Allowance & Benefits : Monthly Allowance of Rs. 65,400/-. In addition, Govt. and MILCO approved Allowances and other Benefits.

Driver (PL-3)
Qualifications :- Having passed 06 subjects in GCE (O/L) Examination, at least with 02 credit passes in maximum of two sittings.
-AND-
Having obtained the License issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic for driving heavy vehicles and minimum of 03 years-experience in driving after obtained the driving license

Allowance & Benefits : Monthly Allowance of Rs. 49,090/-. In addition, Govt. and MILCO approved Allowances and other Benefits.

Helper (PL-1)

Qualifications	: Persons who have sat for the GCE (O/L) Examination
Age	: 18 – 45 yrs.
Allowance & Benefits	: Monthly Allowance of Rs. 47,550/-. In addition, Govt. and MILCO approved Allowances and other Benefits.

Other Requirements :-

Every applicant,
i. Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
ii. Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.
iii. Should be of excellent moral character.
