Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer – HVAC Engineering and Sales

Access International Projects is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Engineer for HVAC Engineering and Sales, to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for HVAC systems, site management, and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Gather and comprehend customer requirements for new or replacement units.
• Relay customer specifications to principals and request cost estimates and lead times for selected units.

1. Site Management:

• Develop and oversee the site preparation plan, ensuring progress stays on track.

1. Installation:

• Prepare work schedules and oversee the installation process of new or replacement units.

1. Testing and Commissioning:

• Conduct testing and commissioning with foreign/local parties to ensure units function according to specifications.

1. Project Handover:

• Prepare Handover Document and facilitate the handover of installed units to the customer.

1. Post-Installation Support:

• Manage warranty services and free maintenance as per company policy.

1. Technical Support:

• Provide technical advice in accordance with principal guidelines.
• Maintain correspondence with principals to seek technical guidance related to routine and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as mechanical engineering, construction management, or HVAC technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC-related projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and electronics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
